• Open to students in 9th to 12th grade

• Six levels of competition with increasing cash awards:

  1. Club level - $75 award

  2. Zone level

  3. Region level

  4. District level

  5. Area level

  6. State level - $10,000 scholarship

• 5-10 minute speech

• Coaching support available
